- Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
- Baking Powder, 2 tsp
- Baking Soda, 1 tsp
- Salt, ½ tsp
- Splenda, ¼ cup
- Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
- Egg, fresh, 1 large
- Butter, salted, 2 tbsp, Melted
- Raisins, ½ cup, packed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl to form a dough. Add in raisins last.
- Bake in a 9 inch round cake pan for 26-28 minutes. Check for done-ness with toothpick.
