Getting out of the habit andf family health

I have so got to get out of the habit of eating a sandwich or two at nighttime – it is purely habit not hunger. What often sets me off is seeing food adverts on the telly, grrrr. That and I have no willpower. Trouble is as I’ve said before, when I eat at night my blood sugar is always higher in the morning (around 12). I have been going for a 15 minute walk each evening (or stroll). Neil (hubby) got diagnosed with Angina and is waitn for an angiogram, he is on a GTN spray and betabloackers and aspirin.
