Sugar-Free Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
  • Baking Powder, 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda, 1 tsp
  • Salt, ½ tsp
  • Splenda, ¼ cup
  • Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
  • Egg, fresh, 1 large
  • Butter, salted, 2 tbsp, Melted
  • Raisins, ½ cup, packed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl to form a dough. Add in raisins last.
  3. Bake in a 9 inch round cake pan for 26-28 minutes. Check for done-ness with toothpick.
